When I was newly married (back in 1991), I and Michael were discussing some concerns we had with my Dad. I remember sitting in a car with him. We were expressing some rather intense feelings, conflicts we were experiencing and concerns we had. Dad simply said, "Give it some time." "Keep living the gospel." "Time heals all wounds."
As the years have passed, this truth has transpired. Difficulties I had 26 years ago, do not bother me today. Frustrations I had, are a memory.
I keep living the gospel and trying to be patient. How grateful I am for Dad.
Memories of Mom and Dad
3 John vs. 4 "I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth." One year ago, our Dad passed on. This blog is intended to inspired his family and others to follow the truths that Dad so deeply believed. Please share experiences we have had with Mom and Dad that taught us these truths, to help us all to more fully "to walk in truth."
